Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the My Medication Reminders service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our service.
Service Description
My Medication Reminders provides automated phone call services to remind designated individuals to take their medications. Key aspects of our service:
- We place scheduled phone calls to provide medication reminders
- Users may customize reminder messages and scheduling
- The service may include call retry logic and keypad confirmation
- We are a reminder service only — not emergency monitoring, medical advice, or a healthcare provider
User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
- Obtain all necessary consent before our service calls any phone number
- Use the service only for lawful purposes
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
No Medical Advice
Our service is strictly a reminder tool. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider regarding any medical conditions or medication regimens. Our service does not replace professional medical care.
No Guarantee of Delivery
While we strive to deliver all scheduled calls, we cannot guarantee that calls will reach every recipient. Factors such as network issues, carrier restrictions, phone status, or other technical problems may prevent call delivery. We are not liable for any harm resulting from missed or delayed reminders.
Billing and Cancellation
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis in accordance with our refund policy.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, My Medication Reminders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our service.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through our service. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
